If you can imagine Pentagram, Led Zeppelin, Goblin, and Blood Ceremony all rolled into one overwhelming sound – that’s a good starting point for Scarecrow. To make up their debut self-titled album they’ve pulled influences from doom metal, 70s rock, the occult, and grand symphonies, with a few touches of both jazz and the blues thrown in for good measure. It’s an ultra powerful mix that will leave you in awe of its dark majesty, but unable to sit still through its heavy, hard rocking grooves!
